We are committed to ensuring that as a valued customer, you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or maybe you've changed your mind, we're here to help.

Furthermore, once you have decided that you would like to purchase one of our products, you will complete your transaction via my Etsy Store. Etsy's Purchase Protection programme, guarantees that you can shop confidently with us, as you will receive a full refund if your item doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or isn't as described.

Returns

Please note that you need to inform us of the return within 14 calendar days of receiving the item and it does need to be returned to us within 30 calendar days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied with a copy of your purchase receipt.

We take great care to ensure that your purchase is carefully packaged prior to shipping, to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. However, things can go wrong during transit, so please be assured that if your purchase is delivered to you in a damaged condition, you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement of your item, including all shipping costs. In the event that you've received your purchase in a damaged condition, you must contact us immediately.​

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

However, in the event that you are returning an item because it was delivered to you damaged, or due to an error on our part, then you will be entitled to a replacement, or full refund including all shipping costs. ​
